It's Been Crazy

It's been tough to get a minute to sit and write in this blog. As the Arnold approaches I have been busy working with many of our athletes, some who are competing and others who will be working the booths there. In addition to that we have several girls who will be competing in the The Steve Stone Metropolitan Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure and Bikini Championships and The IFBB New York City Pro Fitness Championships on April 11. Donna Jones will be coming in from Australia and Stefanie Irick will be making her pro debut at this show. Also, Jenn Nash will be competing in the Mets in Fitness. I will be featuring progress reports on these athletes in future blogs. Also, I will be reporting in from the Arnold with pictures and news about the goings on with all our athletes both in the show and working or attending.
