Lighting A Fire

The last week since returning from the Arnold has been insane!!! The Arnold always seems to light a fire under everyone's ass...which is a good thing! So the last week has been spent getting our current athletes dialed in for what's next, talking to perspective team members (as we don't just accept anybody onto our team) and finally signing new members...not to mention finding a few minutes to get my butt back in the gym. Next up for us is The Steve Stone Metropolitan Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure and Bikini Championships and the New York Pro Fitness on April 11 in New York City. Trish Warren, Stefanie Irick and Donna Jones are all right on track for the Pro Fitness event and Jenn Nash will be competing in the amateur fitness, you can follow Jenn's progress at http://www.jennnash.blogspot.com/. This is Jenn's first competition as a member of our team and she is finding our first hand what it takes to be a champion in this sport and the importance of having a great support team behind you. You can read all about it in her blog. Trish looked very impressive at the Arnold turning quite a few heads and she is making even more improvement as she preps for April 11th. This will be Stefanie's Pro debut and we are all very excited to see what she brings to the stage, she is looking great...she has already surpassed the conditioning she displayed when she won her pro card last year in Chicago! Donna Jones will be traveling in from Australia. He last show was the Atlantic City Pro last year where she had a very strong showing...we are looking to improve on that in NYC.
