After a LONG flight.....
I am back in NYC returning from Las Vegas. My crew and I ran the Olympia weekend. It was a great show with Jay Cutler winning Mr Olympia regaining his title. Iris Kyle pulled out another win with the Ms. Olympia crown. Adela regained her title of Ms Fitness Olympia. A new champ was crowned as Ms Figure Olympia, Nicole Wilkins-Lee and winning the 202s title was Kevin English! Go to www.bodybuilding.com for replays of the events!

This was an exciting weekend and I was happy to be part of it. I want to give a shout out to Trish Warren, a client and wonderful fitness athlete. She did a remarkable job and I will post more on her accomplishment soon. Also, her husband Branch Warren placed 2nd to Jay in the Mr. Olympia contest. It is his highest placing to date! What a team they are!
