A crazy and successful weekend has finally come to an end. The Steve Stone Metropolitan Championships and the NY Pro Fitness was a success for all our girls. Trish Warren looked great and took second and qualified for this years Ms. Olympia! Stefanie Irck had a very good pro debut placing seventh, wowing everyone with her routine...expect big things from her in the future. Donna Jones is getting ready to head down to Orlando to do the Europa this weekend. Donna is from Australia and has not had much exposure here in the US, so we were very happy when Rx Muscle asked to shoot a training video with her. They shot yesterday and the video should be up at http://www.rxmuscle.com/ this week. On the amature side Jenn Nash presented with her best condition to date and took her height class with a great routine, I will post a link to her routine next time so everyone can check it out. Also, Grace Rivera was there working for Met-rx. So, all in all, we had a very good weekend for our girls.
It's always great to see hardwork pay off. Now it's back to the drawing board to figure out what is next for these four and to keep getting everyone else ready for the next big one...the Jr.USA's in Charleston, SC on May 23rd. We are excited about our girls chances there, everyone is ahead of the curve and really hitting it hard to do some damage. It will be exciting!!
